Originally used for Satay, however over the years it has become a user friendly sauce. There are 6 different tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, hot/pungent achieving balance.
Try this as a dip, stir fry, mix with vegetables or as a finishing sauce - you won't be disappointed!
