Silky papaya blends perfectly with tangy orange peel and a mild kick of habanero pepper. This preserve has real attitude. Blend with mustard for an awesome sandwich spread or pretzel dip. Glaze chicken or brush on grilled prawns. Pour over cream cheese and serve with a seeded crackers.

Ingredients: Yellow papaya puree, cane sugar, sweet orange zest, fruit pectin, habanero powder.
