All our pastas are made with 100% Durum Semolina Flour, which contains the highest protein content available and is not enriched or processed in any way. The flour that we use is from North Dakota and is considered the highest quality "Whole Grain" flour. It contains Vitamin E, A and is a great source of Fiber. Our Whole Wheat flavors have an even higher fiber content.

All the pasta flavors come from local pesticide free farmers; we pureed fresh vegetables and spices and mix it into the dough to make your all-natural colors and flavors.

All pasta has a 2-year shelf life.

Should double in size after cooked.

For a main course 1 12oz stick or bag will serve 4 people a 3 oz portion with extra.

For a side it will serve 6 to 8.
